Agent 612 is one of Dr. Claw's agents in Inspector Gadget.
Routine[]
Agent 612 was a M.A.D. agent during the Farm Missile mission. He keept watch outside the General Store near the farm together with another agent disguised as a Wooden Indian. His equipment included a mouth organ, which he used to pass away the time, but which could also act as a communication device and an offensive weapon. 612 recognized Inspector Gadget when he arrived at the store, despite the inspector wearing a disguised hat. The agent immediately contacted Dr. Claw, identifying himself as 612 and informing "Black Leader" that Gadget had just passed Checkpoint Number One. He then loaded a dart filled with a sleeping drug into his mouth organ and attempted to blow it at Gadget's behind. However, Gadget accidentally dropped some marbles on the floor, causing 612 to slip and hit himself in the leg with the dart. The sleeping drug promptly took effect. Agent 612 was still asleep when his fellow Agents reported to Dr. Claw. They managed to set him upright during the meeting, but he soon fell flat on his face.

- Agent 612 is one of the few M.A.D. agents to identify himself by number. When he does so, he is adressing "Black Leader".
- When the M.A.D. Agents are reporting to Claw and Agent 612 falls over because he is knocked out by his own sleeping drug, the eyes of the agent standing behind him are visible in front of 612's hat during the fall (cel layer mistake).
