Andrew A. "Andy" Heyward (born February 19, 1949) is an American executive producer, writer, and former chairman and CEO of DiC Entertainment. He produced the original Inspector Gadget cartoon, along with Jean Chalopin, the founder of DiC Entertainment, and Bruno Bianchi.
