Angelique is a crafty and devious lady, and the quickest of all the other pickpockets.
History[]
She, along with Patches, Runt and an unnamed English pickpocket, were taking part of a test in pickpocketing a dummy without it ringing. However, Runt failed the test, which led to his rejection, but Angelique passed perfectly. Dr. Claw tasked her and her two fellow pickpockets to steal Inspector Gadget's new Gadget Watch, and he will let one of them became No. 1 M.A.D. Agent.
Runt later returned to the school for another chance, but he failed again. During the test, Angelique caught Penny snooping around, and handcuffed her to an overhead bar, but Penny escaped, while she and her fellow pickpockets take care of Gadget.
After Patchez and the English pickpocket failed, Angelique infiltrated the Nice carnival with LeDip disguised as patrons. At the parade, Gadget tries to get a better look from above by inflating his Gadget Coat for a better overview. Dressed as an angel on a carnaval float Angelique spotted Gadget and punctured the Gadget Coat with her harp-shaped crossbow. However, as she dismounted from her float and headed to intercept Gadget when he lands, she tripped over Brain, who was disguised as a balloon seller. Angered by her clumsy stunt, and knowing she's after Gadget's watch, Brain used the helium tank that was part of his disguise to give Angelique a dose of her own medicine, inflating her angel costume like a balloon so she floats off of him and into the sky. Gadget confronts him over it, but Brain flees, while Gadget, hearing Angelique's cries, turns to save her, pulling her back down, and also opening the neck of her dress to vent the helium out and deflate it. Despite being grateful for the rescue, she still tries to snatch the watch while Gadget isn't looking, but is unable to, much to her anger when he walks away afterwards.
When Gadget interrupts the parade and mistakes some of the parade members as the pickpockets, Angelique gets his watch, but Penny snatches it back, later using it to immobilize Angelique so she can escape. However, LeDip catches her and attempts to use the watch on her himself, but aims it the wrong way and zaps himself instead, allowing Penny and Brain to return it to Gadget, who mistook a parade judge's watch for his because it looked identical to it, and was about to be arrested, before Brain switched the watches back, and Gadget stunned the judge and officers. Quimby arrived to congratulate him on a job well done, as Angelique and a still woozy LeDip have been arrested.
