Sweetley is a tall, slender young man with red hair. He wears a white shirt with an orange and yellow neck tie under a light purple jacket, white pants and shoes. He speaks in a flamboyant show host tone.
Personality[]
Sweetley is flamboyant with the persona of a TV show host, but he is devious and evil.
Routine[]
He joined Dr. Spectrum during Dr. Claw's plan to send bad dreams all over Metro City using his Dream Machine, and then sell Dream Away Machine devices that get rid of bad dreams. However, when Inspector Gadget arrived at the station, Sweetley knocked him out with a microphone stand, and Spectrum wired him to the machine, but Gadget escaped with the help of his clumsiness and Brain's help, leading to Spectrum and Sweetley's escape.
