Breaker is an Andean condor and the former pet of Turkish M.A.D. Agent, Icarus Finch. Finch had taught it to steal, along with his other birds Killer, Fast Eddie, and the unofficial second-in-command Blackie, as he could somehow talk and therefore be able to give orders to them. Breaker seems to be the least intelligent of the four birds.
