Cave Brain is the prehistoric ancestor of Brain. He only appeared in Tyrannosaurus Gadget.

Cave Brain resembles a dinosaur dog with scales on his back, and he has fangs.
Personality[]
He shares the same personality as his 20th century descendant.
History[]
He was seen with Cave Penny while they were chasing after Cave Gadget who was chased by a Smilodon, but he was saved by his 20th century descendant, Inspector Gadget, who gassed the Smilodon with his Gadget Sleeping Gas finger.
Cave Brain was later seen sharing a giant bone with Brain, and later joins his master and Brain in rescuing Gadget from a tar pit.
He was last seen giving Brain a bone as a present before Gadget, Penny and Brain returned into the present with Thelma Bodkin, Fred and Lenny.
