Cave Gadget (aka "Great Grandfather Gadget" - not to be confused with Chimney Gadget, the ACTUAL great-grandfather in Victorian England) is a cave-dwelling ancestor of Gadget introduced in the 80s episode Tyrannosaurus Gadget.
Physical Description[]
Cave Gadget resembles his 20th century descendant, except he has a beard, and he wears brown gloves with a light-brown loincloth and trilby hat with a leopard-coloured band, and brown cloth shoes.
Personality[]
He speaks in a prehistoric tongue and shares his descendant's personality.
History[]
He was chased by a sabertoothed tiger, but he was saved by his 20th century descendant with his Gadget Sleeping Gas finger. Cave Gadget, along with Cave Penny and Cave Brain, joins Gadget, Penny and Brain in stopping Dr. Claw's time-travelling M.A.D. agent, Thelma Bodkin, who was sent by Claw to kill the Gadget family, but her attempts failed. He later created a bicycle out of the time machine, and joins Gadget and Cave Brain in distracting the dinosaurs Thelma brought her from the Mesozoic era, which resulted in her defeat, while Penny and a baby mammoth repair the time machine.
He later said goodbye to his 20th century descendants and watched the time machine return to the present.
