The Cockney Thief is a 19th Century English thief.
Physical Description[]
He is a stocky and bald middle-aged man. He wears a brown peak cap with a matching sweater under an orange jacket, yellow neck scarf, brown trousers and orange boots.
Personality[]
He is a brutish thug who would do anything for food if he and Percy gets the job done. He speaks in a Cockney accent.
History[]
The Cockney Thief and Percy were hired by Thelma Bodkin, to away with Inspector Gadget, Char and Chimney Gadget, and promises to double or triple their reward if they get the job done. However, their attempts to away with the Gadget family failed to Gadget's bumbling and Brain's interference, which landed them in custody, as they called it "trouble with the bobby".
