The Cuckoo Clockmaker is the secondary antagonist of the 2015 series. He is a new version of the Clockmaker from 1983 series.
Appearance[]
Cuckoo Clockmaker is a tall man with elongated oval face. He has a long nose, which is similar trait with 1983 Clockmaker. The age of this person is difficult to determine. The top of his head is bald, except for a hair tuft that resembles a fist. The hair was most likely chocolate colored, but now it resembles a latte with milk due to the gray hair lines.
His appearance says what this guy loves: his mustache, beard and tie portray the hands of the clock; his glasses also have clock hands; he's got bruises under eyes.
In addition, he wears a dark rust-colored jacket, dark purple pants with a belt and a gray shirt.

Personality[]
Cuckoo Clockmaker is a quite eccentric and expressive person, sometimes he makes faces, but that's his nature. He is a real performer when it comes to his job. The geek has a definite clockware hang-up. Stripping gears and sewing weapons to the clocks is his idea of a good time.

And binding all the topics with clocks and time. This guy clearly has an attention deficit, he loves being in charge and giving orders to others. But in fact, he is not such an indifferent person, it is very important for him to be admired by others.
If we watch him closely, we can notice tics, when Clockmaker being very emotionally strained tries to stand still.
Skills and weapon[]
Cuckoo Clockmaker works as an inventor and supervisor, he is lack of fight skills and weapons. The only weapon was Stop Clock, which he had used to freeze world leaders. Later he installed it into his wristwatch and used to freeze Penny in «We had a really good title for this one, but we forgot it…»
History[]
Cuckoo Clockmaker first appears in the episode «Ticked off». Dr. Claw was pleased with the success of Clockmaker`s invention (Stop Clock) and orders him to freeze very important world leaders on their meeting in St. Moritz. Talon was supposed to guard Stop Clock, but got under its influence with Penny until Inspector Gadget accidentally broke the device. The Cuckoo Clockmaker was captured by HQ agents; before being taken into custody, he's forced to repair Gadget's retirement watch, which he had intended to use to eliminate Gadget, properly.

Talon[]
Talon and the Clockmaker don't like working together due to their dislike of each other. It first seems they don't understand each other`s interests, but in fact they quite do. Guys realized a misunderstanding made them try to hurt each other. But the catch is that they are friends until one of them touches the interests of the other in bad way.

- The Cuckoo Clockmaker is the only M.A.D agent from 1983 series, who was reincarnated in a CGI reboot.
- 2015 Cuckoo Clockmaker is the only M.A.D. agent who cares about Talon (in his manner).
- It is unknown what 2015 Cuckoo Clockmaker connection to 1983 Cuckoo Clockmaker is. Due to similar traits, it can be assumed that they are relatives, with 2015 being either 1983's son or nephew.
- Talon sarcastically calls Cuckoo Clockmaker a «gong show». In slang, it means «loser» or «an awful acting».
- Unlike 1983 Cuckoo Clockmaker, 2015 Cuckoo Clockmaker is not considered to be pure evil, as he's shown in his very first scene to care for his pet hamster even as he froze him in time.
