Donald James "Don" Yarmy (April 13, 1923 – September 25, 2005) was an American actor, director, game show panelist for Match Game, voice artist, and comedian. He voiced Gadget in the original Inspector Gadget cartoon and Brain in the 1999 live-action film. Adams reprised the role of Inspector Gadget in Inspector Gadget Saves Christmas and Inspector Gadget's Field Trip.

Adams' inspiration for the character of Gadget was Maxwell Smart, his starring role from the popular 1960s comedy spy show Get Smart.

He retired from the role of Inspector Gadget in 1999 and was replaced by Maurice LaMarche, who played a live performance of Inspector Gadget in a cameo in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, another DiC property.
