Talon creates an evil clone of Penny and has her infiltrate H.Q. to destroy Inspector Gadget.

- This is the first appearance of a gratuitous mission ball. Penny's evil clone blows up Chief Quimby with one while making a mess of HQ just for kicks after sending Gadget through HQ's trash compactor.
