Flugelmeyer is a middle-aged man with goofy white hair. He wears a cream shirt and red tie under a white surgical coat, blue trousers and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Flugelmeyer takes his job seriously when he tries to help Gadget.
History[]
When Gadget was committed to the Nice Mental Hospital, Flugelmeyer came into his cell to help him with "his problems". He tried to hypnotise Gadget with his pocket watch, but it fails after Gadget destroys it. As Flugelmeyer weeps about his ruined watch, Gadget shows him his Gadget Watch, and ends up freezing Flugelmeyer with its paralysing beam.
Flugelmeyer apparently unfroze after Gadget escaped from the asylum.
