Personality[]

Noodleman is an insane surgeon who would stop at nothing to destroy Gadget's gadgets. He dislikes Gadget and Capeman destroying his clinic. After four failures to destroy Gadget's gadgets, Noodleman fell into a depressed state which caused him to lose his sanity.

History[]

Noodleman had made a study of all the gadgets in Gadget's body, and was assisted by his M.A.D. Nurse and several M.A.D. Agents, awaited news of the arrival of the Inspector. Dr. Claw assured him that this was being arranged. When Agents Bruce and Fred transferred Gadget and Capeman (who had been hurt in a fall orgistrated by M.A.D.) to the clinic, Noodleman instructed them to use the secret entrance, so that nobody would know their whereabouts. Gadget and Capeman were knocked out with sleeping gas, brought to the clinic and strapped to wheelchairs. After regaining consciousness, they were brought to a special room, and strapped to tables while Noodleman prepared to fire a Gadget Neutrolizer ray at the Inspector. Assisted by agents Jarvis and Dick, the Neutrolizer began to fire at Gadget, but he managed to evade all of the rays being fired at him and aimed it at the controls by mistake, wrecking the instruments. Noodleman then told Bruce and Fred to transfer Gadget and Capeman to the physical therapy room.

Noodleman attempted to get rid of both police officers simultaneously. He personally oversaw an attempt to stretch Gadget's legs out of his body, but to his dismay, the legs proved able to resist all his machinery. The Inspector was quite enjoying himself while the machinery in the control room began to short-circuit. When Corporal Capeman catapulted through the window and crashed into Gadget, the machinery was destroyed. After this, Noodleman told Fred to put Gadget in Unit B. Gadget was brought to a room to have a steambath and enter a whirlpool. This attempt on his life was foiled when Corporal Capeman was thrown into the whirlpool as well, thanks to Brain (disguised as a nurse).

For their fourth and final attempt, Bruce and Fred then strapped Gadget to an operating table in another room, but Gadget demanded that Capeman be allowed to witness the final test. Fred fetched the Corporal accordingly. Noodleman bypassed Gadget's voice control, which made them go haywire. They put dark glasses over Gadget's eyes so that he didn't notice his gadgets malfunctioning. Once again Brain intervened and caused the machine, which swung an axe and a spiked mace at Gadget, to go haywire. After four failed attempts, Noodleman, realising Gadget's gadgets were indestructible, broke down in defeat and despair. When Chief Quimby and his men arrived on the scene, Noodleman thanked him, feeling he needed a doctor himself. Together with the other M.A.D. Agents, he was arrested by the police and taken to jail.

He speaks with a German accent.
