Fast Eddie is a sword-billed hummingbird and the former pet of Turkish M.A.D. Agent, Icarus Finch. Finch had taught it to steal, along with his other birds Breaker, Killer, and the unofficial second-in-command Blackie, as he could somehow talk and therefore be able to give orders to them.
