Synopsis[]
Gadget is ordered to investigate why U.S. Air Force jets are unaccounted for, so he goes to a nearby Air Force base to investigate. It turns out Dr. Claw has been using a video game to hypnotize pilots into working for him, with the aim of building up an air arm to his own private M.A.D. army. When Gadget approaches the hypnotizing device, he thinks it is an ordinary arcade cabinet, giving Dr. Claw the chance to get Gadget under his control, but Inspector Gadget, in a rare moment of competence, goes away and gets back to investigating his task, saying he ought not be distracted on duty.
