The Gadget Bola-Balls (sometimes mispronounced as Bolo-Balls) are a throwing weapon commonly known as Bolas. Inspector Gadget installed them himself as a new Gadget to add to the ones in his hat. The bolas spin round at great speed, and are designed to capture evildoers by twisting around them and tangling them up in the ropes attached to the bolas. However, in doing so, Gadget will always get tangled up himself as well.

- As seen in the episode "Doubled Agent", Gadget took the time to install this particular Gadget himself, while staying at a farm house. He can at one point be seen using his Gadget Screwdriver to adjust a wooden box with wires, which appears to be part of the inner workings of this gadget. He also had an oil can be ready while working on it.
