―Jules to M.A.D Eraser on Erasing Gadget Jules is Inspector Gadget's father. His first appeared on "Tyrannosaurus Gadget", which Thelma's assistant Monotone showed Gadget's family tree. He appeared again on the Gadgetinis series.

He work as a delivery boy at Nossaire Grocery run by Colonel Nossaire's father. He also invents gizmos during his spare time.
Personality[]
Just like his son, he's creative and a kindhearted gentleman. He can be clumsy sometimes.
Appearance[]
He has straight black hair and a large nose.
In the original cartoon, he has a mustache and wears a gray coat and a bowler hat.
On the Gadgetinis series, he does not yet sport a mustache and wears a brown trench coat with a hat, and brown pants.
Trivia[]
- During his older years, he resembled his son (albeit his son wore a mustache only in the Pilot of the original 1983 series).
- It is not known whether his wife is still alive or deceased in the original 1983 series.
