LaPoof's Robot is a character in Inspector Gadget.
Physical Description[]
LaPoof'sRobot resembles LaPoof, but is red in color with a balding black hairline and yellow eyes with gold rims.
Personality[]
The robot is obedient and loyal to LaPoof.
Routine[]
The robot was designed by French fashion designer and M.A.D. Agent LaPoof and programmed to infiltrate the millionaire's homes and disable security systems and then steal from them. Before each robbery, LaPoof would send a note to his impending victims telling them that they were to be robbed. This note even listed the date it on which the robbery would take place, but still the police did not manage to catch LaPoof or his accomplices in the act.
Even though Inspector Gadget was on the case, LaPoof instructed his robot to rob another customer of his, Madame Deneuve. He set the robot loose and it walked right into the house, deactivating all the mechanical safety devices. It then knocked out two guard dogs with sleeping gas, and it's presence disrupted Inspector Gadget's gadgets. The robot entered Deneuve's bedroom, used sleeping gas to make sure she did not disturb him, and disabled the lock on the safe with his mechanical disturbing power. LaPoof and his Little Brother were waiting in a truck outside the house, and keeping tabs on the robot's progress by watching a video feed from the Robot's eye sensors.
LaPoof sent his brother in to get rid of Gadget, but he was foiled by Brain, disguised as a potted plant, and was called back after the robot returned to his maker's van with all the loot. Together they drove to the sewers, where a submarine was waiting to take them out of France. However, they were unaware that Gadget's niece Penny was hanging on to the back of the van. She was caught, but used her computer book to take control of the sub and make it rise to the surface where the LaPoofs were arrested by the Frence Gendarmes and the stolen items recovered.
