The Loch Ness Monster was a submarine of Doctor Claw, who had it resemble the mythical Loch Ness Monster. It clearly looked robotic, and could shoot fire. It was holding Professor Thumphkin captive.

The Loch Ness Monster was built by Dr. Claw to scare anyone away from the lake and capture Professor Thumphkin. It was damaged by Inspector Gadget's bumbling while he was rescuing Thumphkin inside the machine, and it was shut down by Penny.
