"Inspector Gadget is always on duty!"

The M.A.D. Munchkins were troll like beings with a childlike disposition. One would speak a sentence using simple language, and the other would repeat the words, but reverse their order. They were identical, apart from the color of their dungarees. One wore blue, the other yellow.
Routine[]
Kirk Boulder and the two M.A.D. Munchkins were stationed at the Metro City Reservoir during a drought. When Claw told them Gadget was on the way, Boulder insured him they were ready for him. He took the Munchkins in his arms as they rode an elevater from their hidden lair beneath the reservoir to the surface. There Kirk oversaw 'his boys' loading a large boulder into a catapult and aim it at Gadget's vehicle, the Gadget Van. Gadget exited his vehicle after parking it on the dam. Kirk told the Munchkins to fire the catapult, and the boulder hit it's target, but instead of damaging the van, it autmatically converted itself to it's Gadgetmobile mode. Kirk ordered his boys to fire more rocks, but none of these managed to hit the car or it's owner, who ran around to evade them, looking for cover. When Kirk noticed Gadget was heading for a ladder, he told the Munckins to go get him.
Down below, the Munchkins took control of a bulldozer, with the blue clad Munchkin steering the vehicle and it's yellow clad sibling sitting on it's shoulders. Brain, disguised as an ice cream salesman, was riding a tricycle (all that was left of his ice cream cart) and pushed Gadget out of the way. Gadget ended up sitting on Brain's lap while they were chased around the quarry by the Munckins in their 'dozer. But the bulldozer tripped over a ditch it had dug itself moments earlier, and flipped over on to it's top.
After recovering, Claw informed Boulder and his loyal helpers that a little girl was snooping around. Boulder ordered the Munckins to take care of her. They found the girl, Gadget's niece, Penny, overlooking the dammed up water reservoir. They snuck up on her, but she heard them giggling and turned around. Telling her they got her cornered, Penny moved backwards, fell into the water and ended up down it's powerful whirlpool drain. The Munchkins jumped in after her to follow her. Penny discovered that Dr. Claw was diverting the water from the reservoir into an underground lake. The Munchkins began to chase her, but lost sight of her when she hid behind a rock. Using her computer book to get a fix on the sluisgates, Penny began to divert the water back to the reservoir. When she saw the Munckins coming at her once more, she dove into the water again and emerged in the Reservoir, with the Munchkins hot on her heels. They almost reached her on top of the dam, when Claw arrived, flying his M.A.D. Jet, and fired two missiles to destroy the dam. The Munchkins ended up stuck on the middle part of the dam, while Penny was safely on another.
