The M.A.D. Torchbearer was a M.A.D. agent working for Dr. Claw.

He is an adult male with a long nose. He wears a black hoodie with MAD imprinted on it in yellow, green trousers and brown shoes.
Personality[]
The M.A.D. Torchbearer is a dangerous man due to the dynamite torch he was carrying while skiing toward the Olympic flame.
History[]
While Inspector Gadget, Penny and Brain were watching from the stands with the crowd, they see the approaching torchbearer on skis. But then, Chief Quimby pops out of the head of a bear hoodie and told Gadget that it's not the real torchbearer, it's one of Dr. Claw's men posing as one with an Olympic torch made of dynamite. Quimby tasked Gadget to stop him with an exploding message, and Gadget heads off with Brain, while disposing of the exploding message, which blew up in Quimby's face.
As the M.A.D Torchbearer skis toward the Olympic Flame cauldron, Gadget skis towards him on his Gadget Skis with Brain, but the M.A.D. Torchbearer dodges him. Activating his Gadget Wind Sail, Gadget attempts to ski quickly after the M.A.D. Agent, but he and Brain get blown into a tree, much to the amusement of Dr. Claw, who was watching it on his computer terminal with M.A.D. Cat.
After freeing themselves from the branches, Gadget activates his Gadget Coat and floats toward the Olympic Flame cauldron, carrying the pine tree and Brain with him. Before the M.A.D. Torchbearer can place his dynamite torch into the cauldron, Gadget grabs it, but before he can float off, a bird pops his Gadget Coat, causing him and Brain to fall onto the M.A.D. Torchbearer, sending all three falling off the Olympic Flame stand and into the snow.
The M.A.D. Torchbearer was later arrested by the Winterland police.
