Macho Miguel is a character in Inspector Gadget. He only appears in "The Emerald Duck," in which he was hired by Claw to steal the Emerald Duck.

Macho Miguel is a notorious Mexican bandito that was hired by Dr. Claw to steal the Emerald Duck, the oldest Mayan artifact in existence that is also the key to activating a very powerful ancient weapon of which Dr. Claw had planned to steal.
Miguel is extremely flamboyant with a flare for the theatrics, he is often accompanied by his own mariachi band, who plays a tune whenever he appears or makes his exit. He tries many ways to finish Gadget off for good, but fails every time. After Penny destroys the ancient weapon with her computer book laser, Miguel is then taken into custody, as His mariachi band played. It wasn't known whether or not his mariachi band was arrested, as well.
