Madame is a M.A.D. agent who works as the Bide-A-Wee Health Spa's proprietress and activities director.

Madame welcomed Inspector Gadget to the spa and led him to the gym. In here, M.A.D. Agents Fred and Lenny had made sure all the activities were rigged to hurt Gadget, but by sheer luck, the Inspector managed to survive them all. They then locked Gadget in a steaming hot sauna, when Fred told Madame that Dr. Claw wanted to speak to her by video, in her office. During her meeting with Claw, M.A.D. Agent Dick, posing as the spa's gardenere, brought in a young girl he found snooping around the place. Dr. Claw ordered to lock her in the basement, and was annoyed when Madame immediately repeated this order.
Gadget managed to get out of the sauna (with a little help from Brain) and made his way to the torture chaimber in the building. Fred and Lenny tried to stretch him on a rack, but his Gadget arms and legs were well equiped to withstand their efforts. Madame then offered Gadget something to eat. M.A.D. Agent Jarvis, posing as the cook, poured a drug over all of Gadget's food. The agents were unaware that Brain was making sure that none of the food ended up in the Inspectors mouth, however.
Madame then presented Gadget with a cake filled with dynamite prepared by Jarvis. She attempted to run away from the building together with Dick and Jarvis before the cake exploded. But thanks to Brain and Penny's intervention, the cake fell out of a window, causing a large explosion outside. The three M.A.D. agents ended up in a smoking crater and were arrested by Chief Quimby and several police officers.
