Maurice LaMarche (born March 30, 1958) is a Canadian former stand-up comedian, actor, singer, voice artist, and comedian. He voiced Quimby for the rest of the second season of Inspector Gadget. He also voiced Gadget himself in the cutscenes of Inspector Gadget: Gadget's Greatest Gadgets, Inspector Gadget's Last Case, Gadget and the Gadgetinis, and Inspector Gadget's Biggest Caper Ever replacing Don Adams after Adams' retirement from voicing Gadget in 1999. He also provided Gadget's singing voice in Inspector Gadget Saves Christmas. LaMarche also portrayed Gadget in two live-action segments of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, another DIC property, which marks the first time Gadget appears in live-action, predating the first live-action film by ten years.
