Metro City Police Headquarters is the police department of Metro City. Chief Quimby runs the HQ as police chief. Inspector Gadget works here as the police inspector.
Police HQ was temporarily closed after the decrease of crimes in M.A.D. Trap. A crime computer was installed in a computer room at the headquarters in Gadget's Replacement, only to be destroyed by an oblivious Gadget during impromptu maintenance (a couple of MAD saboteurs disguised as computer repairmen conveniently took the fall). Professor von Slickstein now works in the headquarters' lab as its scientist, where he built his time machine.
