Mona M. Ianotti (born August 31, 1947) is an American actress, voice artist, and comedienne. She voiced Penny in the Inspector Gadget pilot episode "Winter Olympics." She was unable to return to the role of Penny in the first season and was replaced by Cree Summer. Marshall did, however, record a new line for Penny at the start of "Gadget in Winterland", as part of a slight re-edit to explain Gadget's moustache.
