Mr. Chow is a character in Inspector Gadget. His only appearance is in the episode "Eye of the Dragon".
Routine[]
Mr. Chow is powerful Chinese crime lord who runs a syndicate presumably as powerful as M.A.D.. In order to obtain a powerful partnership with Mr. Chow, Dr. Claw brings with him the stolen valuable Pearls of Wang Ha to Chow's ship in Hong Kong. But Claw's intentions were not to be, as Dr. Claw had been accused by Mr. Chow for bringing an imitation of said pearls, little do they know that Penny, who was on board Mr. Chow's ship along with Brain and Inspector Gadget's Hong Kong contact's grandson, had actually swapped the real pearls for the imitation and so thus lead to the dissolving of Claw and Chow's powerful partnership.
Unlike other Claw counterparts, Mr. Chow can be seen in frontal view showing only his eyes. He also has a pet dog instead of a cat.
