Mr. Morgan is a character in Inspector Gadget 2.
Personality[]
Mr. Morgan is a teacher who doesn't tolerate lateness from his students. Although he takes his job seriously, he does have a thieving side to him when he stole some ice cream from the cafeteria.
Appearance[]
Morgan is a heavy set man with balding black hair. He wears a dark grey long-sleeved shirt and red and yellow tie under a tartan vest, grey trousers and brown shoes, and a black leather watch on his left wrist.
Routine[]
He was seen giving his class their science lesson, when Penny arrived late at science. She explained that she was studying a huge case, much to Morgan's annoyance about her last cases of the hall pass heist, the Sloppy Joe snatcher, the tater tot taker and the night chalker. But Penny admits that this is important and the case is known as "The Ice Cream Crime Spree", and she explains that there are some suspects who had access to the cafeteria, and Morgan reminds that they have an important school assignment, and Penny adds that she poured dimethyl hydroxy sulphide powder on the freezer door handle.
When Morgan asked why, Penny explains that the culprit's hand will turn green when the powder comes in contact with the skin, which will identify the culprit. While Morgan was listening, he noticed his green covered hands, making Penny and the other student realise that HE is the ice cream thief. As the class start to snigger, Morgan sheepishly thanked Penny for bringing it to his attention, and he leaves the class to see the principal.
He later appeared in the class when Penny was bisecting a bowling shoe.
