New Foods Dairy Farm was a front for Doctor Claw's M.A.D. organization to run other dairy farms out of business, particularly Metro Dairy Farm, by emitting a frequency from a satellite dish that could make the cows unable to produce milk then sell their New Foods Dairy at exuberant prices. However, Penny was able to disrupt it with her computer book.
