Presto Change-O is a character in Inspector Gadget.

Routine

Presto is M.A.D.'s master impersonator, assigned by Dr.Claw to infiltrate a top security meeting in London, by disguising himself as Gadget. However, after coming face-to-face with the real Inspector Gadget in the conference room during the meeting at the police building, Presto gets caught out and arrested shortly after.

• "Prest-O Change-O" is also the name of a 1939 Merrie Melodies cartoon, featuring the second appearance of the prototype character that would later go on to become the extremely famous and popular Bugs Bunny.
• When Presto is disguised as Gadget and Chief Quimby, he can be told apart by the viewers from the real Gadget and Quimby from his paler complexion, more sinister-looking eyes and his teeth. No one else in the show notices these details, though after Penny spots Gadget still wearing his Groucho glasses, she immediately figures out the "other Gadget" is Presto.
