Quimby's Mother, sometimes called Mrs. Quimby, is a character in Inspector Gadget 2. She is Chief Quimby's old mother (hence her name) who gets arrested by Gadget for drag racing and driving with no license.
When Quimby and Gadget prepare to release her, they witness her giving one of the lockup inmates a beating, amusing others, which Quimby remarked 'mom's tough love.'
