Runt is a short and stocky man with dusty blonde hair. He wears a green long-sleeved shirt with light grey trousers and yellow and black shoes.
Personality[]
Runt is a sly and clever pickpocket, but he's not very good at robbing the dummy at LeDip's school, which resulted in his rejection twice. But he tried to prove his worth by robbing Gadget, which ended in failure.
Routine[]
He was a student at LeDip's School for Pickpockets, under LeDip's teaching. Unlike the three other students, Runt failed to pickpocket the dummy during his final exams, which led to LeDip ejecting him from the school. After landing in a dumpster outside, Runt vowed that he would return. Determined to prove to LeDip that he's the best pickpocket, Runt spotted Inspector Gadget, Penny and Brain on the French Riviera. He attempted to rob Gadget, but failed after Gadget knocked him silly with his Gadget Mallet. Returning to the school, he was given a second chance by LeDip to take the pickpocketing test again, but he failed again and got ejected again.
