Physical Description[]
The Shah is a middle-aged man with receding black hair and moustache. He wears a blue ceremonial jacket, white trousers and black shoes.
Personality[]
He has a stern look on his face, but he shows gratitude after Gadget foiled Claw's kidnapping plan.
Routine[]
The Shah was targeted by Dr. Claw as part of his plan to kidnap him and frame Inspector Gadget for crimes committed by a robot double of him. He was due to arrive on his private jet the next day at Metro City Airport.
On the day of his arrival, Claw dispatched the robot to capture the Shah, but Penny thwarted the attempt by overriding the robot's controls with her computer book, and Gadget unintelligibly captured two of the M.A.D. agents with his Gadget Bola-Balls, thus saving the Shah, who expressed his gratitude to Gadget.
