Sven Svensen is a character in Inspector Gadget.

Sven Svensen is a French-Canadian lumberjack who, along with Pierre LeChop, was ordered by Dr. Claw to do away with Gadget while he was in Canada, and deliver a special wood rot formula (concocted by Claw himself) out of a Canadian national park to a crop dusting plane, which Claw planned to use to spray over forests all over the world for ransom.
The two M.A.D. lumberjacks drove up to Gadget's rented cabin, which had already begun to fall apart thanks to Claw's formula, and offered their help. Gadget assumed termites were behind the wood's deteriarion, and although Sven almost revealed the truth about the woodrot forumla, Pierre stopped him from speaking and claimed that the M.A.D. woodrot spray was actually termite spray. Pierre told Gadgt to prop up the roof while Sven began to spray it with woodrot. But the part of the roof that fell down landed on Pierre's head instead of Gadget's. Then Gadget got up on the roof, and Pierre told Sven to spray up there, but got hit in the face with the spray himself several times. Brain, disguised as a beaver, accidentally destroyed what was left of the cabin by accidentally causing a tree fall on top of it. Gadget got away without any harm, but Sven and Pierre were hit by the collapsing house and ended up stuck in a piece of wood together. Claw contacted them and told them to get all the woodrot spray together and prepare for liftoff, then reminded them that getting rid of Gadget was their first priority.
Gadget was on his way to the lumbermill to get some more wood, with the two fake lumberjacks following shortly behind. Pierre told Sven to get the rest of the woodrot into the truck. When some of the woodrot got spilled inside the mill, it began to collapse. Pierre ran out and got behind the wheel of the truck, which Sven was just about to finish filling up with woodrot. The two of them drove off just as the entire mill came down on itself. Gadget followed the lumberjacks in their truck. After passing a bridge first, Pierre told Sven to spray the wood and make the bridge collapse. To their surprise, Gadget still made it across. Claw cursed them out and ordered Pierre to get rid of Gadget while Sven took the truck to the plane as planned.
Soon Sven arrived at the M.A.D. plane next to the abandoned lumbermill, and was told by Claw to fill up the plane with the woodrot formula, then begin to spray Thunderbird Park. Sven began to prep the plane for liftoff, but Gadget's niece Penny had followed him, using the M.A.D. lumberjack's original transportation, wich also carried cannisters filled with woodrot. She came up with a plan to use the formula on a tree that would fall onto the runway, preventing the plane from taking of.
Meanwhile, Pierre had become frustrated with his failed attempts to eliminate Gadget, and ran towards the plane while it was already proceeding on the runway. Pierre shouted at Sven, and ended up jumping onto the side of the wing just as it took off. Penny's spray ran out before the tree could fall over onto the runway, but her uncle Gadget, flying his Gadget 'Copter, inadvertently bumped into the tree and knocked it over. The M.A.D. plane, with Pierre hanging onto it, crashed into the tree and the two agents were arrested by the local authorities who arrived straight afterwards.
