One of Dr. Claws Partners, Icarus Finch runs an all bird crime ring in turkey. His birds are composed of Fast Eddie, a small hummingbird that goes fast, Breaker, An Andean Condor who uses His strength to break through bars and lift heavy boulders, Killer, An Eagle who wears red head armor, and the Blackie, (Mistaken for an Austrian barn owl by Gadget) the leader of the group.
