The unnamed M.A.D. scientist is a scientist who created Robot Gadget to frame Inspector Gadget.
Physical Description[]
He is a middle-aged man with balding blonde hair and a long, bulbous nose. He wears a green shirt under a white lab coat, grey trousers and brown shoes.
Personality[]
The scientist is a wicked and brilliant inventor who enjoyed been part of Dr. Claw's plan in framing Gadget.
Routine[]
He was summoned by Claw to bring in his secret weapon; a robot duplicate of Gadget. Activating it to demonstrate its gadgets, the scientist explains the bank managers will think that Gadget has turned into a criminal and the police will place him behind bars.
The scientist was later seen in his lab recharging the robot for the next part of Claw's plan; Break Gadget out of jail, use the robot to kidnap Shah of Freeland and frame Gadget for kidnapping. However, unbeknown to the scientist, Penny secretly reprogrammed the robot with her computer book to override its circuits.
What became of the scientist after Claw's plan was foiled wasn't explained.
